We launched DoorDash’s new red delivery bags with a fun stunt - by forgetting them on car roofs.
And then we gave gift cards to pedestrians who tried to alert the drivers.
This idea was a hybrid social experiment + marketing exercise . I was really happy to see the concept play out in the real world, where people genuinely intervened.
