We launched the release of DoorDash’s new delivery bags by forgetting them on car roofs and driving around Miami and Chicago.
And then gave gift cards to those who were thoughtful enough to tell the driver.
This idea was a hybrid social experiment + marketing exercise . I was really happy to see the concept play out in the real world, where people genuinely intervened out of concern for someone else’s food .
